TOWN OF ASHIPPUN PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING

AND SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

 that on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET for 2012, of the Town of Ashippun, in Dodge County, will be held at the town hall at W1266 County Road O. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the clerk’s office Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Phone 920-474-4781.

Following the public hearing, a SPECIAL TOWN MEETING of the electors will be held pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which will be held for the following purposes:

1. To adopt the 2011 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes.

2. To approve the total 2012 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec. 81.01 (3) of Wis. Statutes.
